Book and Periodical Publishing

$18.00 per hour

Monday-Friday, Full Availability 7:00am-6:00pm

Columbus, Ohio (remote)

5-Month Contract

Starts Friday, June 5th, 2026

Why You’ll Love This Job:

• An 8-hour shift will be assigned between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm
• No interview, applications will be selected based on resumes and writing samples
• Equipment is provided

What You’ll Do:

• Handle email and inbound phone call inquiries from customers
• Educate customers on products
• Outbound customer follow-up
• Cases (tickets) will come in daily, and you are responsible for researching and identifying if they are spam
  • If not spam, must identify which client they came from
  • Once identified, they will enter the ticket information into the system so the team can reach out to resolve and address
  • Each ticket or case takes about 3-5 minutes

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all channels: phone, email, chat, and text
• Demonstrated professionalism and good job tenure with a willingness to continuously learn and grow
• Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Exceptional typing skills and keen attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and a commitment to punctuality: dependable, consistent presence is essential
• No planned time off during the first 90 days of employment
• Secure, dedicated home internet connection meeting minimum speed requirements (public internet is not permitted)
• Dependable transportation and willingness to report to the Grandview office as needed, particularly in the event of internet or home office disruptions
