What You'll Do:

• Operate one or more welding machines or industrial robots
• Fabricate metal parts and assemblies to required specifications
• Apply basic welding theory in a production environment
• Perform welding tasks efficiently and consistently to meet production standards

What We're Looking For:

• Robotics, MIG, and TIG Welding experience required.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Certificate or degree in welding is preferred;
• Must have valid drivers license.
• Must have car for transportation.
• Must have Vehicle Insurance.
• At least twelve months welding experience in the past 2 years; thirty-six months preferred.
• Successful completion of an internal welding test
• Knowledge of welding equipment and tools
• Knowledge of fixtures and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
• Knowledge of wire and filler materials application for various steel alloys and SS, aluminum, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret documents like blueprints, welding symbols safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Readily accepts additional responsibilities
• Must be willing to work flexible hours as required
• Basic understanding of computers and ability to perform computer functions as they pertain to the job.
• One year light industrial experience.
