Automotive Technician

- 33 bay shop with newer high-end lifts and equipment
- 24 High speed Rotary lifts
- Flush-to-floor Hunter alignment machine
- Multiple sets of diagnostic equipment
- Well-lit, well-insulated, clean facilities
- Good benefits including retirement, PTO, medical, dental, etc
- Little to no off-brand work – no used car reconditioning, Subaru-only workload
- Paid in-person Classroom Training/free online education
- Friendly hours – 7:30am-5:30pm M-F
- Multiple Senior Master Technicians to learn from
- Advisors incentivized to generate labor hours in the shop
- Correctly troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest administrative and technical tools provided, including taking photos and/or videos of customer's vehicle concerns.
- Keep up to date with all OEM technical publications
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Service Manager, ASM, or Group Leader
MUST HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE AND BE A TEAM PLAYER
* Not afraid to ask for help * Willing to collaborate with others and share knowledge and experience- Experience in performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair service
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to exercise good judgment
- Valid State driver’s license and good driving record
- Drug free environment
- Have own tools
