**Second Life Forge** is a sovereign men's brand reshaping leadership, clarity, and power in a collapsing world. I’m building a movement that cuts through the noise—and your work will be the first thing they hear.

I’m looking for a **part-time execution assistant** with technical skill, initiative, and systems thinking. Someone who can polish raw podcast episodes, repurpose them into powerful content, keep digital rituals running on time, and adapt as the nature of my business evolves. If you can do the work now and want to grow into more later, this is for you.

** What You'll Do**

**Podcast & Audio**

* Edit weekly podcast episodes/week (basic cleanup, intro/outro, leveling, pacing)
* Add light mastering, EQ, and background noise removal
* Export and upload to hosting platform (Buzzsprout or equivalent)

**Content Repurposing**

* Create 2–3 LinkedIn posts per episode (based on episode themes)
* Clip reels from raw or edited episodes (Descript or CapCut)
* Add clean captions + formatting optimized for LinkedIn or YouTube Shorts

**Publishing + Execution**

* Format show notes (light summary, links, CTAs)
* Publish to Substack and LinkedIn with visual assets
* Execute content checklist across platforms

**System Support**

* Maintain task board + checklist rituals
* Flag breakdowns and propose fixes
* (Bonus) Spot inefficiencies and improve systems over time

** Compensation Structure**

**Base Pay**

* Starts at **$300/month** for ~30 hours/week
* After 6-month review, base may increase up to **$400/month**, based on growth and performance

**Bonus System**

Earn monthly bonuses based on performance, clarity, and impact:

**Ember Bonus** | 95%+ task accuracy, on-time delivery | $50/month

**Flame Bonus** | Improve or automate an existing workflow that saves time or increases conversion | $50/month

**Sovereign Bonus** |Bonus pool equal to 25% of revenue from front end product revenue generated from organic content.| Uncapped

**_Maximum monthly earning potential: $500 + Bonus Share_**

_(Example: If 20 purchases of the front end offer are triggered from organic content for the $88 front end offer and there are 2 VA’s in the bonus pool at the same rate, it would result in an additional $220 per VA)_
