1st Shift Production Tech (20 An Hour)

**Assembler - $20/hr - 1st Shift! The workplace is designed to foster growth and innovation. **Responsibilities** + Layer fibers and fabrics with epoxies and glues on molds and tools. + Assemble and disassemble molds and tools. + Cut and measure fabrics and fibers accurately. + Follow strict procedures and instructions with attention to detail. + Operate CNC machines and cut tables via computer systems. + Adhere to computer-based work instructions and documentation. **Essential Skills** + 1-3 years of experience in a related field with skills in attention to detail, following work instructions, fabricating, troubleshooting builds, using tools, and assembling products. + Ability to operate computers efficiently. + Adaptability and willingness to learn new procedures continuously. + Experience with inspection, composite materials, epoxy, autoclave, oven, sewing, dremel, lamination, sanding, vacuum, airframe, cutting tools, prepreg, and layup. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
