Join Karing Hands Provider Services LLC as a part-time team member in Wooster, OH! This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work Monday through Thursday from 10am to 5pm and Friday from 10am to 2pm, with no weekends required. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and support to clients in a compassionate manner.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and care provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or support role is preferred.
- Must possess a compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work the specified hours with reliability.
- Background check may be required.
