We’re seeking a Sales Representative to expand our Final Drive Motors business by developing dealer and OEM partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, and being rewarded through performance-driven compensation.
Work Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, In Office
Typical Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: Base salary + performance-based commission

Travel: Occasional travel may be required
The Sales Representative – Dealer and OEM Sales is responsible for developing and growing relationships with equipment dealers, distributors, and OEM partners for Final Drive products. This role focuses on expanding sales channels beyond web-based and end-user sales by proactively pursuing dealer-direct and OEM opportunities.
This is primarily and inside sales position, requiring strong outbound prospecting, relationship development, and account management skills. The Sales Representative will identify new dealer partners, cultivate OEM opportunities, and support long-term revenue growth through strategic sales outreach.

Requirements:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with equipment dealers, distributors, and OEM customers.
· Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate new business opportunities.
· Grow and manage a pipeline of dealer and OEM prospects.
· Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts.
· Educate dealers and OEM partners on Final Drive products, specifications, and applications.
· Prepare and present product information, pricing, and sales proposals.
· Collaborate with internal teams including operations, engineering, and customer service to support customer needs.
· Track sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts within the company CRM system.
· Monitor market trends, dealer networks, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
· Provide feedback to leadership on market demand, product opportunities, and customer needs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS· 3 + years of experience in sales, inside sales, or account management.
· Experience selling industrial, mechanical, equipment, or automotive-related products preferred.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Proven ability to generate leads and develop new accounts.
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities.
· Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
· Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
Preferred Experience· Experience working with equipment dealers, distributors, or OEM customers.
· Familiarity with heavy equipment, construction equipment, or mechanical components.
· Background in technical or parts-based sales environments.
