Snapshot of Key Responsibilities - Responsible for data entry of client information
- Responsible for client follow up calls
- Scheduling of conference calls, Zoom, Teams, etc.
- Interacts with staff, customers and the community in a positive and respectful manner
- Assists with facilitating day to day operations in the lab
- Creates and maintains a positive environment for customers that provides a safe space for them to decompress, de-escalate and feel supported
- Helps to de-escalate customers who are demonstrating heightened behavior
- Ability to understand and effectively work with technology
- Assists with selecting appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
- Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
Minimum Qualifications - Associate degree required
- Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Experience with e-learning platforms
- MS Office proficiency
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Positive, professional attitude
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to exhibit flexibility in work schedule and job tasks, ability to deal with change in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Valid driver's license, automobile insurance and a good driving record
