What You’ll Do:

• Implement therapy plans designed by the Physical Therapist
• Guide residents through exercises that improve strength and mobility
• Document progress and share updates with the care team
• Encourage residents throughout their rehabilitation journey
• Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and fellow therapists to ensure holistic care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating environment

What You Bring to the Team:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active PTA license in the State of Ohio
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
• A caring, encouraging presence that helps residents reach their goals
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab is a plus—but not required
