Prym Solutions LLC is seeking a full-time labor professional to support onsite operations in Piketon, OH.
Position SummaryIn this labor role, you will help keep day-to-day work moving smoothly by performing hands-on tasks that support production and operational needs. You will follow established procedures, maintain a safe and organized work area, and contribute to meeting team goals.
This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, ready to work onsite, and committed to quality and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned production and operational tasks safely and efficiently
Follow established procedures and quality standards to ensure consistent results
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
Support teammates as needed to meet daily workflow and performance goals
Identify issues or deviations and escalate concerns to the appropriate lead or supervisor
Ability to work full-time onsite in Piketon, OH
Strong reliability and punctuality with a consistent work ethic
Willingness to follow safety procedures and work instructions closely
Ability to perform physical, hands-on tasks for the duration of a shift
Basic communication skills to coordinate with a work team
Prior experience in a production, warehouse, or operations environment
Familiarity with workplace safety practices and general quality expectations
Comfort working in a team setting and adapting to changing priorities
Hourly rate: $18
