Your impact

• Operate vertical and horizontal CNC mills on both production and non-production work.
• Set up machines, load materials, verify programs/offsets, and run parts to spec.
• Follow the Process Routing Document for each job; inspect features and document results legibly.
• Perform manual deburring and ensure required finish/edge conditions.
• Complete job paperwork accurately; manage assigned records as the owner.
• Troubleshoot with supervisors, quality, and teammates to resolve machining or quality issues.
• Perform daily maintenance; maintain a clean, safe, and organized area.
• Protect company, customer, and supplier property (electronic, intellectual, and physical).
• Follow all applicable Quality Management System procedures, work instructions, and forms.

What you need to bring

• 1–3 years of experience in vertical/horizontal CNC milling.
• Comfort with 2nd shift (5-day work week, 8-hour shifts, 2:15-10:45PM).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read blueprints and use calipers, height gauges, and micrometers.
• Proficiency in drilling, turning, and tapping; familiarity with vertical and horizontal equipment.
• Bridgeport experience preferred.
• Inspection competence and basic math skills.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude; fluent English (written/spoken).

• Shift: 2nd shift, 2:15-10:45PM, five 8-hour days
