About Us: DREAMSAFER is a Muslim-run behavioral health organization serving the Columbus community. We partner with Acellus Academy to provide private K-12 education and behavioral support at our facility.
Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our school. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a customer-service orientation within a faith-sensitive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries.
- Maintain records, attendance logs, and administrative paperwork.
- Coordinate communication between staff, families, and community partners.
- Support smooth daily operations and assist with various office tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
- Bachelor Degree - Preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Muslim cultural norms and respectful communication.
- Proficiency with office software and phone systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
