As an Administrative Assistant on our team in Ontario, OR you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services. You’ll be accountable for coordination of project deliverables, processing invoices, reporting, scheduling meetings, calendar maintenance and travel itineraries. Your strong organization skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels – both orally and in writing will help us meet our client’s objectives.

Here's what you'll need

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver’s License

• At least 4 years of administrative experience

• Proficient computer skills including (MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Post-Secondary Education or Technical/Specialized Training

• Experience working with a team in an engineering, construction or related organization

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite

The base salary range for this position is $40,800.00 to $61,710.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
