Yard Jocky Second Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.85 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 01:00am )

• Perform pre- and post-shift inspections of yard vehicles; document equipment condition prior to use
• Shuttle empty and loaded trailers within dock areas and yard lots
• Transport freight between storage docks, trailers, and designated staging areas
• Complete 65+ trailer moves per shift using onboard computer systems (after training)
• Perform daily yard checks as needed to ensure safe and efficient operations Identify, verify, and report any damages or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment inside the yard vehicle and dock areas

Yard Jocky Second Shift Qualifications:

• Fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency
• Frequent communication with dock and warehouse teams
• Continuous walking throughout the shift Push/pull 20–30 lbs
• Climb stairs as needed Repetitive sitting and standing from yard vehicle
• Frequent bending, leaning, and squatting

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
