Cash Application Clerk

We are seeking a Cash Application Clerk who will be responsible for the timely and accurate posting of daily cash receipts. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Apply daily receipts in Accounts Receivable at a higher degree of difficulty
- Prepare deductions for branch and collector review and prepare daily receipts detail from bank website and SharePoint
- Retrieve and process remittance details from customer portals
- Email and mail limited invoices to customers
- **Process credit card transactions and requests
- **Assist in the training of fellow employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must have previous Accounting and Accounts Receivable experience
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel with accurate data entry skills
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills while paying a high attention to detail and working in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and work with high levels of accuracy
