Maintenance Technician

Employees must be able to read, write, understand equipment manuals and possess their own tools. Job Position: Maintenance Technician Location: West Jefferson, OH 43162Pay Rate: $25.00/hr Shift: 1st Shift Monday – Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm Job Qualifications/Description: General Manufacturing Maintenance: • Motor control trouble shooting • Transformers • Mechanical • CNC electrical controls and troubleshooting are helpful General Facility Maintenance: Plumbing • Carpentry and painting • Maintain fire system –PIV’S, extinguishers • Maintain air compressors • Maintain all buildings, grounds and equipment (including working at elevated heights) • Operate and maintain forklifts and rigging for machine placement • Knowledge of 3 phase electric motor and machine control required • Medium and Heavy lifting ability required Fabrication: • General machine and mechanical repair and diagnose problems • Interpret drawings, sketches, plans and determine working procedures • Ability to operate tool/machine room equipment • Weld steel using ARC and stick equipment including oxy/acetylene and plasma cutters Hydraulics and Pneumatics • Repair all hydraulic and pneumatic components • Install new hydraulic and pneumatic components • Rebuild all hydraulic and pneumatic valves and pumps Why choose Acloche?
