The Role

As the Client Service Associate – Investments, you will be a valuable partner in maintaining client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain investment models, place trades, and provide timely investment-related service and general account maintenance for new and existing clients. You are a critical team member who facilitates client communication and collaborates with financial advisors to provide comprehensive financial solutions to our valued clients. The role demands a strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

● Participate in investment calls/webinars with industry partners and provide relevant information to firm stakeholders.

● Process ongoing updates to existing client Investment accounts, including timely securities trading, cashiering (contributions, distributions, RMDs, etc.), address and beneficiary changes, etc., as needed.

● Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the firm’s CRM (Client Relationship Management) system, making timely updates as needed.

● Monitor cash weight in client accounts and invest funds as appropriate.

● Create and manage comprehensive financial plans in eMoney software.

● Review accounts, activity, eMoney profile thoroughly in preparation for client meetings.

● Collaborate with team members to effectively create and maintain the firm’s daily logs, procedures, and processes to meet regulatory standards.

● Establish and proactively maintain positive relationships with clients.

Continued adherence to the firm's compliance and regulatory procedures.

Desired Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.

● Two plus years of experience serving in a financial services and/or investments profession or similar client-facing role is preferred.

● Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.

● Experience using Client Relationship Management software (WealthBox) to update client information, document client notes, workflows, tasks, and appointments.

● Experience using financial planning (eMoney) and portfolio management systems a plus.

● Experience with investment account opening and servicing, money movement requests, etc.

● Detail-oriented with organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.

● Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

FINRA Series 7 and Series 63/65 licenses

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected starting annual salary range is $80k, commensurate with experience
