What You’ll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the face of Uptown Rental Properties, delivering top-notch service and driving results. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with prospective residents at our Fourth And Plum, showcasing our properties with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Conduct onsite tours, answer questions, and provide a seamless leasing experience.

• Maximizing rental rates by leasing units efficiently through effective showings and follow-up strategies.

• Serving as the go-to contact for prospects, delivering accurate and timely information to ensure a positive experience.

• Collaborating with our Property Management Team to provide a cohesive and exceptional leasing process.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a driven, organized, and positive team player who’s ready to make an impact. The ideal candidate brings:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Experience: Sales experience required; leasing experience is a plus.

• Skills: Stellar organizational and time management abilities, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Mindset: A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the flexibility to work weekends as needed.
