Mazda Sales Consultant

What We're Looking For Mike Bass is actively searching for a results-driven and ambitious Automotive Sales Consultant to join our department. As one of the largest Ford and Mazda dealers in Northeast Ohio, our sales teams stay focused on serving our extensive loyal customer base. In addition to repeat customers, our dealership actively invests in marketing to fill our pipeline with quality prospective buyers. Our sales team always has new opportunities. Details About the Role
- Competitive compensation; our top salespeople are making $80,000-$100,000

- Converting showroom visitors into customers by engaging to understand their needs, wants, and interests to match them with a vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of vehicles within our inventory
- Nurture leads within our pipeline and convert them to loyal customers
- Maintain reporting and recording in our CRM
- Assist with showroom and promotion setup

- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug test are required
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time as part of your daily work environment
- A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills, including proper phone etiquette
- Prior experience in a sales role (specifically automotive sales) is preferred, but not required
