Glo Fiber is growing! We are seeking candidates for a Retail Customer Service Representative (RCSR) in our Chillicothe, OH Glo Fiber Store. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to work in a fast paced environment selling Glo Fiber through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of Glo Fiber, while supporting our local communities. We offer a great work environment and competitive total compensation package that includes:- World class 401(k) – up to 8% company contribution

- 3 weeks of PTO and up to 9 paid holidays
- Work schedule: M-F, 9a– 6p with occasional overtime and rotating Saturdays

- Your high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service or call center experience
