Front Desk Receptionist - 3rd Shift

:

We are seeking individuals with front desk experience and general office skills for our Permanent Supportive Housing property, Van Buren Village. The successful candidate must provide excellent customer service to all people that visit our property and connect them with the appropriate resources.

This is a 24/7 facility with current part-time shift openings for 3rd shift.

The Front Desk duties include, but are not limited to:

• Work with the property manager to enforce policies and procedures necessary to maintain building safety and security
• Provide quality customer service
• Assist resident in placing work orders and documenting their concerns as it relates to lease compliance
• Keep front desk area clean and orderly
• Assist residents in scheduling activities or time with supportive services
• Act as a building ambassador by promoting a professional and approachable atmosphere at the front desk

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• GED or High School Diploma

Selected candidates will be subject to the following background checks:

• Criminal History*
• Drug Screen

*The final candidate selected for the position will be required to undergo a criminal background check.
