What you’ll do

• Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing and assembly equipment to hit production targets.
• Set up tools and machines for specific runs and assemblies.
• Process raw materials—including thermoplastics—and perform mechanical assembly of fans and components.
• Handle materials and assist with shipping and receiving.
• Inspect parts and finished goods; log measurements and pass/fail outcomes.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.
• Pitch in with other tasks as assigned.

What you need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly roles.
• Mechanical aptitude: hand tools, tape measure reading, and other measuring devices.
• Comfort with safety protocols and PPE.

Work Environment This position is based in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, moving equipment and other standard industrial conditions, and is required to wear to personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Physical Demands: Positions in this function typically require standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
