We are seeking an IT Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our employees and external customers. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities :

- Provide Technical Support: Respond to and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and ticketing system, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Troubleshoot and Diagnose: Identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and provide effective solutions or escalate to senior technicians.
- Install and Configure: Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Document Issues and Resolutions: Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in our knowledge base to improve support efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with IT Team: Work with other IT team members to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and improve processes.
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Provide timely, professional, and courteous support to employees and external customers.

Requirements :

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and mobile devices; experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ticketing systems) is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- IT Certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL, or other relevant IT certifications.
- Experience: Previous experience in IT help desk support or a similar role.
