SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Secretary II to support an opportunity at Wright Patt AFB.

The Secretary will provide a wide range of administrative support, which includes interfacing with internal and external personnel to AFSAC.
Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for administrative management of executive correspondence, identifying administrative processes or procedural changes, and for developing improved procedures for implementation directorate wide.
- Coordinate and accept meeting requests/appointments, monitor calendars, schedule meetings and set-up conference rooms, manage the division TDY tracker, track obligations and expenditures, and print a daily calendar for the division leadership.
- Prepare, track, manage, coordinate, and submit all suspense's. Additionally, the Contractor shall update activities and charts.
- Set up travel for leadership as needed through the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Receive and quality-check all letters, staff summary.
- sheets, and correspondence and ensure it is written for general officer quality signature.
- Additionally, the Contractor shall prepare final copies for signature, coordination, and filing.
- Provide Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) division timekeeping services.
- Act as the division Electronic Records Management System's Records Custodians.
- Manage the division office supply process by collecting requirements, initiating requests then forwarding to GPC card holders for approval, and receiving and distributing store supplies to the correct points of contact.
- Initiate, organize, coordinate, and lead the administrative support to Division staff meetings and support other meetings/activities as required by leadership.
Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain a NACI (Tier 1) Clearance.
- Have applicable training (e.g., certificates of training in Microsoft Office products, ATAAPS, DTS, ERM, etc.) that pertain to the administrative support tasks.
- Should be well-versed in managing office processes and can effectively deal with a variety of personnel within and outside the organization, well-organized, detail oriented, and proactive.
