Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk (1st Shift)

Pay: $18/hr.+ (Offering weekly pay & overtime paying time and a half)

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1st Shift)

Employment Type: Full‑Time

Location : Parma Heights, OH

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily logistics operations. This role involves reviewing shipping documents, coordinating incoming and outgoing materials, and ensuring accurate, real‑time data entry. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into the system as events occur to maintain real‑time visibility of material status, finished goods, and shipments
• Review work orders, bills of lading, invoices, and related documents to determine shipping priorities and methods
• Verify product identification, labeling accuracy, and completeness of documentation
• Inspect loading operations to ensure compliance with shipping specifications and properly seal truck doors
• Direct incoming and outgoing shipments to designated storage or work areas
• Maintain records of unfilled orders and update status as needed
• Post weights and shipping charges
• Prepare bills of lading and other required shipping documents

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
