Northwest Partners is partnering with a premier client in the legal services industry to hire an experienced full time Organic Social Media Manager .

What YOU will do

• Manage daily operations of organic social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok

• Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and community growth, leveraging tools such as AI to expand reach and efficiency

• Schedule and publish content using platforms such as Sprout Social

• Build out and execute influencer strategy, including identifying, vetting, and collaborating with influencers that align with the brand

• Lead brainstorming sessions and research efforts to create innovative content ideas aligned with brand voice, industry trends, and platform best practices

• Monitor and engage with audience comments, messages, and mentions to foster timely interaction and community building

• Track, analyze, and report on organic social media performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations

• Maintain a social media content calendar and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging

• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth and engagement

• Oversee influencer and partnership outreach to strengthen collaborations and brand presence

• Stay informed on platform updates, emerging tools, and best practices in organic social media management

What YOU will bring us

• 3 5 years of experience in social media marketing, community management, or a related field

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, trends, and engagement strategies

• Experience using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and comfortable leveraging AI-based tools for content optimization

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset and eye for detail in both visuals and copy

• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus

• Proven ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
