Job Title: Entry-Level Attorney (Foreclosure & Collections)
Location: Ohio & Kentucky
Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid (as applicable)

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting legal operations in mortgage foreclosure and creditor-side collections, assisting with case management, legal documentation, and client interactions while ensuring compliance and high-quality legal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling mortgage foreclosure and creditor side collection cases
• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Support case management and maintain accurate legal records
• Communicate with clients, courts, and internal teams professionally
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and firm policies
• Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy development
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to team objectives
• Maintain high standards of client service in a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky, in good standing
• Prior internship, clerkship, or coursework in foreclosure, collections, or litigation preferred (not required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high volume environment
• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
