Job Title: Construction Project Superintendent - Commercial, Healthcare
Location: Cincinnati, OH

We are looking for a Project Superintendent to join our team!

What you will do:

• Lead New Ground Up Construction projects & Interior Renovations - Healthcare & commercial
• Maintain project safety, quality, and efficiency, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities, inspections, and materials to maintain seamless project progression.
• Serve as the primary on-site representative to clients, tenants, owners, and vendors, ensuring clear and professional communication

What you need:

• 3+ years of lead construction superintendent experience
• Healthcare construction experience is ideal
• Proficient in project management software, including Procore, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Bluebeam, and digital takeoff platforms.
• Skilled at reading and interpreting architectural plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
