Full-Time Nanny Needed in Cincinnati, OH (Flexible on exact hours!)

Full-Time or Part-Time Nanny Position – Cincinnati, OH (Live-Out)

Compensation: $30–35/hour+ (DOE), 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, but very flexible on exact schedule or if candidate is seeking fewer hours
Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate)
Duration: Long-term (ideally 5+ years)

A warm, welcoming private family in Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated, experienced nanny to provide loving, attentive care for their toddler and newborn. This is a primarily childcare-focused role for a career nanny who is proactive, nurturing, and genuinely enjoys engaging children in enriching, developmentally appropriate activities.

The ideal candidate will take initiative in planning outings, outdoor play, and learning experiences for the toddler, while confidently caring for the newborn as well. The family values a nanny who is flexible, organized, and comfortable assisting with light household responsibilities related to the children.

The mom is home throughout the day, so the family is looking for someone with an easygoing, professional demeanor who communicates openly and works well in a collaborative environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Full childcare for two children (toddler and newborn)

• Communicate effectively with toddler, helping guide and redirect behavior in a positive, developmentally appropriate way

• Planning age-appropriate activities, outings, and developmental play

• Maintaining tidiness in children’s spaces

• Children’s laundry

• Preparing meals/snacks for the children

• Running occasional errands (dry cleaning, post office, etc.)

• Accompanying the family on domestic trips throughout the year preferred

Position Requirements

• 4+ years of professional nanny experience

• Strong experience with both newborns and toddlers and experience with multiples

• Long-term experience with private families, 3+ years with one family ideally

• Proactive, reliable, and flexible

• Excellent communicator with a warm, easygoing personality

• Valid driver’s license (car provided for work-related driving)

• Minimum of two professional references

• Background check upon contingent offer

Compensation & Benefits

• $30–35/hour (DOE), may be flexible for the right candidate

• 10 days PTO plus major holidays
