TravelNurseSource is working with TalentBurst, Inc. to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Garfield Heights, Ohio, 44105!

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry
Shift: Day Shift | 3x12s | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedule Options: 2x12s, 3x12s, or 4x12s available

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required

• Must have 18 months PERM MS/Tele experience prior to travel

• Active Ohio or Compact RN License required

• AHA BLS & ACLS required

• Must obtain NIHSS prior to start

• One recent Manager/ANM/Supervisor/Director reference required (Charge RN accepted)

Additional Information

• AUTO OFFER opportunity

• ECG rhythm test & SafeMedicate required during orientation

• Qualivis – Lotus used for timekeeping

• All RTO, shift, and scheduling details must be confirmed at submission
