About the Role:
We are seeking a Generative AI/ML with an innovative and forward-thinking mindset to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and large language models (LLMs), with the ability to design, develop, and deploy GenAI-driven solutions that transform business processes and enhance productivity.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to bring creative AI concepts to life, leveraging tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms.
Experience Required: 1 to 4 years
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop applications and workflows using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) .
Fine-tune pre-trained models to meet specific business needs and improve performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
Build prompt engineering strategies to optimize model outputs.
Research and prototype new approaches in text, image, and multimodal generation.
Implement scalable GenAI solutions using APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Evaluate and monitor AI model accuracy, bias, and performance metrics.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in GenAI, NLP, and machine learning technologies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
6 months – 4 years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on Generative AI and NLP .
Strong understanding of transformer-based architectures (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini).
Hands-on experience with Python , LangChain , Hugging Face , or OpenAI API .
Experience integrating GenAI models into real-world applications or enterprise systems.
Proficiency in cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with multimodal AI (text, image, or audio generation).
Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).
Exposure to prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLMOps.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms.
