Key Responsibilities

As a hired engineer, you will play a significant role in various engineering functions, including but not limited to:

• Conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Participating in process development and improvement initiatives for production efficiency.
• Implementing and overseeing continuous improvement strategies to optimize operations.
• Collaborating across departments to ensure project alignment and effective communication.
• Preparing technical documentation and reports as required.
• Adhering to safety standards and promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.

Qualifications

• Education : A relevant degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, along with a professional engineering license is required.
• Experience : A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, processes, production, or continuous improvement. We value hands-on experience that demonstrates practical application of engineering principles.
• Language Proficiency : Strong intermediate to advanced conversational English skills are essential for effective communication within our multinational team and to engage with clients.
• Travel Requirements : A valid passport is mandatory for this position, as it involves travel. A TN or tourist visa will be considered optional but advantageous.
