What You’ll Do:
- Respond to client orders, inquiries, invoice questions, and complaints
- Resolve issues related to orders, delivery dates, or service concerns
- Identify the cause of client problems and determine the best solutions
- Expedite corrections or adjustments and follow up to ensure full resolution
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years of client service experience
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Experience in logistics or freight forwarding required
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with solid documentation and organizational skills
- Quality-focused with active listening and follow-through abilities
