Warehouse/Inventory Associate

A non-profit organization is seeking an individual to greet people donating merchandise and give thanks while maintaining compliance to agency policies, procedures, and practices, and representing the company in a position way. The hours are Thursday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; however, days are subject to change.

Duties:

Greet donors in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner, unload donations from vehicles, bring inside and sort
Label boxes for pick up the next day
Maintain drive-through and site in accordance with image standards and order and maintain supplies
Adhere to all company and personnel policies and procedures, follow good safety and security practices, and report safety hazards and injuries to manager
Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must be customer service oriented
Must be able to communicate effectively, develop teamwork, and use courtesy and tact when dealing with people
Must have the ability to act with honesty and integrity, provide a safe and welcoming environment, and adapt to change while representing the company in a positive way
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be comfortable with frequent standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, reaching, bending, and working outside in winter conditions
The ability to adhere to all company and personnel policies and procedures, and follow good safety and security practices is mandatory
