Junior Growth & Marketing Associate – Tech-Savvy (Work Directly with Our Head of Growth)

The Role
We’re looking for a hungry, tech-savvy junior to become the right-hand person to Mike, our Head of Growth & Marketing.

This is a perfect “learn-by-doing” role for someone early in their career who wants to master digital marketing, sales automation, and healthcare growth — all while working directly with the guy who’s closing our biggest hospital contracts.

Day-to-Day You’ll

• Build and send outbound LinkedIn/email sequences that book meetings with hospital CEOs
• Create and optimize ads on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
• Own pieces of our HubSpot CRM — tagging leads, building dashboards, setting up automations
• Design simple landing pages and graphics (Canva or basic HTML is plenty)
• Run A/B tests and pull reports that Mike uses in leadership meetings
• Jump on quick Zoom calls with hospital admins to schedule demos
• Help streamline onboarding for new]franchise partners

We’re Obsessed With People Who

• Live in tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, Google Sheets/Scripts, Zapier, ChatGPT, etc.
• Have 1–3 years of digital marketing, sales development, or tech-heavy admin experience (internships & side projects count!)
• Are genuinely curious and figure things out fast
• Want to be in the room (virtually) when multi-year, seven-figure contracts get signed
• Prefer startup speed over corporate process
