Associate Veterinarian
$200K Your Way — Full-Time First-Year Guaranteed Compensation (Based on Experience)
Looking for a practice where your surgical skills are valued and your caseload stays interesting?
At Animal Medical Care Center & Cat Hospital , experienced full-time veterinarians can receive a customized first-year compensation package totaling up to $200K, based on experience . Choose the structure that fits your goals — higher guaranteed base salary or a larger signing bonus.
You’ll also receive production pay, schedule flexibility, true paid time off, and strong technical support so you can focus on practicing medicine instead of managing workflow challenges.
What It’s Like to Practice Here
We are a well-established, multi-species practice that offers far more variety than a typical small-animal clinic. You’ll see a diverse caseload including dogs, cats, exotics, pocket pets, birds, and reptiles — keeping your days engaging and professionally rewarding.
Our team values collaboration, efficiency, and respect for clinical judgment. Doctors are trusted to work cases up appropriately and practice medicine thoughtfully rather than rushing appointments.
We prioritize:
Appropriate appointment pacing
Skilled technician support
Collaborative case discussion when helpful
Predictable scheduling and work-life balance
A supportive, team-oriented culture
This is an excellent fit for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing comprehensive medicine and wants to use their surgical and dental skills regularly.
