• Optimize Financial Workflows: Manage accounts payable/receivable, billing, collections, and payroll to ensure accurate, streamlined processes.

• Champion Compliance: Audit driver logs, trip reports, and DOT requirements, upholding the highest standards of safety and data integrity.

• Support Our Drivers: Interface daily with drivers, maintain route books, coordinate vacation coverage, and swiftly resolve equipment requests.

• Oversee Critical Assets: Maintain daily and weekly pallet tracking, fuel reconciliation, and database reporting to drive operational efficiency.

What You Bring to the Team We focus on essential competencies and transferable skills required for success.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

• Meticulous attention to detail for managing complex data and compliance records.

• Ability to clearly articulate information to drivers and cross-functional teams.
• Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 5:00 pm - 1:30 am.
