Location: Carrollton, OH

Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (no weekends)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Welder / Fabricator with MIG welding experience in aluminum and/or steel, preferably both. This role supports fabrication of custom truck bodies and related equipment in a clean, organized shop environment.

Responsibilities:

• MIG weld aluminum and steel components.
• Work with aluminum alloys (5052 / 6061) and mild steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Fit, assemble, and square parts using jigs and fixtures.
• Prep, weld, grind, and finish components.
• Use common shop power and hand tools.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of MIG welding experience.
• Experience welding aluminum, steel, or both.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings.
• Ability to use measuring tools accurately.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.

(Experience in both aluminum and steel preferred, but not required.)
