We are seeking a reliable Industrial Painter to join our team immediately. In this role, you will prep, repair, and paint parts prior to shipment while ensuring high-quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, grinding, and smoothing materials
• Repair imperfections and ensure parts meet quality standards
• Apply primer and paint using HVLP spray guns
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, finish quality, and defects
• Use hand and power tools to complete repairs and prep work
• Follow work orders, job instructions, and supervisor direction
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support basic welding and fitting tasks as needed
• Ensure all work meets safety and production standards

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic experience with hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused
• Ability to follow instructions and meet production timelines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work any shift as needed

Physical Requirements

• Stand for full shift
• Lift up to 70 lbs
• Perform repetitive hand and arm motions
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Ability to wear required PPE at all times

Safety Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Properly wear and maintain required PPE daily
• Identify and report hazards immediately
• Participate in monthly safety/shop meetings

Additional Requirements

• Drug screening required (pre-employment, random, post-accident, and for-cause)
