About the Role (Inventory and Fulfillment Technician I) :

The Inventory and Fulfillment Technician provides the daily tracking and inventory of materials and products in compliance with the State rules and regulations, the movement of products among facilities, and the accurate fulfillment of orders to dispensaries. The successful candidate will possess a passion for numbers and organization, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to continually learn more about the processes of a cultivation production facility, the medicine it offers and the documentation of those subjects. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow with the company from the ground up, and to take on increasing levels of responsibility over time.


How you’ll make a difference (required duties and responsibilities) :

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory of all plant material, cannabinoids, medicinal marijuana products by conducting daily, weekly and monthly inventory counts in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Ohio Medical Marijuana Program.
  • Track seed to sale of all products as they leave the facility.
  • Assist the Inventory Manager with developing systems, procedures, and methods to ensure that all data reported to METRC is timely, accurate, and compliant.
  • Discover and immediately report any discrepancies to the Inventory Manager.

Skills to be Successful (minimum qualifications) :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control or related field
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office skills specifically with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of computer and office equipment and programs
  • Excellent time-management skills; ability to effectively plan and prioritize
  • Extensive math skills required for inventory, projections, measurements

  • Must be able to work quickly but efficiently, while maintaining the integrity of the product.
  • Light to moderate lifting of up to 50 lbs; heavier weights with assistance.
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Repetitive motions and understanding of lab equipment.
  • Must wear company-provided lab coats, hair/beard nets, gloves, surgical masks and safety glasses/ goggles/ splash shield, while working in the lab.
  • Must adhere to facility general hygiene requirements.
  • Capacity to stay focused on the task at hand.
