Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper uniform and personal hygiene standards.
• Review station module and product information before starting your shift.
• Handle prep duties as needed.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of all prepared items.
• Prepare station menu items promptly, with attention to detail and quality.
• Clean as you go and perform special cleaning duties as assigned by the Manager.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and stations, showing personal commitment.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation practices, including frequent glove changes.
• Follow all personal and food safety procedures.
• Have fun, smile, and make positive, friendly eye contact with guests.
• Understand and actively participate in our Guest Obsession culture.

• Ability to stand for 6-8 hours.
