- Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers effectively
- Become acquainted with our client systems to deliver accurate and timely solutions
- Collaborate with your team to ensure swift resolution of customer issues
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and a keen focus on customer satisfaction
- Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies suitable for remote work
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment
