Branch Manager Responsibilities:

• Drive sales, operations, and profit for your branch
• Lead recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching of team members
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and top-notch service
• Communicate clear expectations and provide feedback and resources
• Support growth and achieve targets through strategic initiatives
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations
• Balance time with clients, team members, and on-site locations

Qualifications:

• Experience in management or team leadership preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Valid driver's license for travel between branch and client sites
