360° Painting of Centerville is a locally owned and operated painting company dedicated to providing top-quality residential and commercial painting services. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for skilled and motivated painters to join our team!Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and dependable painters to work on residential and commercial painting projects. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality results while maintaining a clean and professional work environment. As a painter with 360° Painting, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional workmanship. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team, following project timelines and safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in residential or commercial painting
- Knowledge of various painting techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to prep surfaces, including sanding, priming, and caulking
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation to job sites within the Dayton area
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding as needed
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be punctual, professional, and customer-service oriented
