Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the beverage station, providing guidance and support to fellow baristas while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Beverage Mastery: Create and perfect a range of health-focused juices, smoothies, and specialty coffee drinks, ensuring high quality and consistency in every serving.
- Training and Development: Train new baristas on brewing techniques, customer service skills, and health-focused product knowledge to elevate the overall experience.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service, leading to returning patrons and positive community feedback.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure the beverage station remains stocked and organized.

Qualifications:

- Extensive as a barista with a thorough understanding of coffee and health-focused beverages.
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role, demonstrating effective team management and training skills.
- Passion for health and wellness, backed by knowledge of nutrition and beverage crafting.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric midset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math stills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
