Main Requirements:

• Have in-depth understanding of state and federal tax codes

• File timely and accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses

• Collaborate with advisors to design and implement tax strategies

• Educate clients on filing requirements, deductions, and liabilities

• Ensure compliance with current tax legislation

• Experience using tax software

• Keep current on tax code updates and clearly communicate changes

• Commitment to a long-term role and ownership of tax-related processes

• Coordinate with outside CPAs or attorneys when necessary

• Help enhance internal tax workflows and documentation

• Provide support to clients during IRS audits or tax reviews
