I opened my agency in 2015 and lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in the hospitality industry, which is where I learned the value of building relationships, showing up for people, and creating a great experience every day. That same mindset is at the heart of how we serve our customers and support our team. Im a graduate of Miami University and have been married for 14+ years with two daughters (11 and 9) and a King Charles Cavalier who keeps things entertaining. Outside of work, I enjoy coaching kids, spending time with friends, and catching sporting events whenever I can. We enjoy being involved in the community through local events and outreach, and were always looking for more ways to show up and stay connected to the people we serve. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Collin Doyle - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
