Dough Maker
Job Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented team member to prepare authentic Neapolitan pizza dough for our restaurant. This early morning position involves operating dough mixers, following precise recipes and measurements, portioning and balling dough, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Responsibilities
- Make Neapolitan Pizza Dough using dough mixer
- Knowledge of fermentation, working with a live product, temperature control, humidity levels, results of over and under proofing
- Follow exact measurments and instructions
- Ball Dough
- Clean work space
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs
- Work hours are 8am-10am Tuesday-Sunday
Skills
- A plus if you've worked in a bakery or with homemade dough recipes
- Clean and organized work space
- Must be able to follow exact recipes provided
