Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Contracts & Business Management - Government Programs to join our Aerostructures Contracts team. This role supports a portfolio of high-visibility U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy programs, primarily executed from Riverside, CA and Jacksonville, FL, with leadership based in Chula Vista, CA. As the Associate Director, you will lead a small, high-performing team responsible for the pursuit, negotiation, and management of complex government contracts spanning the design and production of aircraft, missile, and naval components. You'll serve as a trusted business advisor to program leadership, provide strategic guidance to ensure compliant and competitive contracting outcomes, and act as the primary interface with government customers on all contractual matters. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
