Main Requirements:
Manage the early stages of our in-depth hiring process
Knowledge of State and Federal labor laws
Review and track applications across open roles
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate and compliant internal documentation
Track hiring data and HR KPIs to support strategic decisions
Help ensure every new team member is set up for success in their role
